Lake County Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Infrastructure Plan
Level 2 Charging:
Adds about 15–30 miles of range per hour, depending on the charger’s power output. Level 2 chargers can typically fully charge an EV battery overnight.
DC Fast Charging:
Adds about 60–250 miles of range per hour, depending on the vehicle and charger. DC fast chargers can usually charge a battery to 80% in 20–30 minutes.
