Share Your Evacuation Experiences and Concerns

Truckee faces real wildfire and emergency evacuation risks every year. The Town of Truckee and the Tahoe Donner Association are partnering on a comprehensive study to evaluate how our community would evacuate in a large-scale emergency, and to identify improvements to evacuation routes, communication, and emergency response.

Use the interactive map below to leave comments anywhere within the boundary line, which shows the study area. Your input will help identify locations and issues for closer analysis, and we'll share back what we heard as the study progresses. Feedback specific to Tahoe Donner will be used for a Tahoe Donner Association report, in tandem with a report covering all other areas within Truckee
